About:
Driven by an unwavering passion for movement and its impact on living and aging well, Kristen embarked on her academic journey, culminating in a Bachelor degree in Exercise and Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Throughout her education, she specialized in kinesiology, exercise anatomy and physiology, adapted health for chronic health conditions, and behavior change techniques, laying a robust foundation for her future endeavors. Drawing upon over two decades of experience as a ballerina and competition dancer, Kristen seamlessly transitioned into the realm of athletic training, where she provided specialized support to fellow dancers on achieving physical goals.
Building upon this expertise, she later assumed the role of a Women’s Wellness Coach, guiding and empowering women on transformative journeys towards weight and body education and habit changes. Concurrently, Kristen lent her expertise as an Exercise Specialist within an esteemed Orthopedic organization, aiding patients in tailored exercise recovery programs. Continuously expanding her repertoire, Kristen immersed herself in the realms of Pilates and Calisthenics, further enhancing her holistic approach to wellness.
However, her commitment to total health transcends physicality; Kristen is also recognized as a certified Patient Advocate and esteemed Healthcare Compliance Officer, boasting over 25 years of exemplary leadership service in clinical healthcare settings. Passionate about injury prevention and comprehensive care, Kristen remains actively engaged in esteemed ACSM conferences, where she shares her insights and expertise with fellow professionals. Kristen's dedication to holistic health and wellness advocacy stands as a testament to her multifaceted expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence.

In our studio, our philosophy revolves around privacy, exercise, and recognizing the sensitive journey that women undertake with their bodies. I've personally felt the impact of societal neglect in teaching us how to care for ourselves comprehensively. It's disheartening to feel out of place and exposed in a public gym, or to struggle to keep up in a group class, feeling like the weakest link.
