Your fitness is your health and for that reason, we take privacy very seriously and follow healthcare HIPAA guidelines to ensure your privacy.
We do not receive text messages. We do not collect data, we do not save your email or send out marketing emails. At this time we do not use social media.

Precision technique, balanced postural alignment, and core strength are key focuses, alongside controlled, flowing movements that synchronize with breath to center the mind.
When it comes to exercise prescription, it involves crafting a tailored plan that includes specific exercises, along with details like frequency, duration, and intensity. Exercise programming encompasses designing the overall exercise regimen, from selecting the types of exercises to determining training parameters. This includes considerations such as:
Type of exercise or activity
Specific workloads
Duration and frequency of activity or exercise sessions
Intensity guidelines, including target heart rate (THR) range and estimated rate of perceived exertion (RPE)
Precautions related to orthopedic , chronic conditions, and other concerns, along with relevant comments to ensure safe and effective participation.

The initial session primarily involves a conversation where we'll discuss your current health status and your aspirations for the future. Following this, we'll conduct exercise assessments to establish your baseline physical fitness level. Kristen will then utilize these results to craft a personalized exercise program, which will commence during the subsequent session.
Every exercise plan is comprehensive, comprising in-session workouts along with a maintenance plan for you to follow at home. This ensures that you receive continuous support and guidance both in and outside of our sessions, fostering consistent progress towards your fitness goals.

We kindly request that any cancellations be communicated 24-48 hours in advance. Sessions rescheduled within this timeframe will receive a full refund, whereas last-minute cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please note that we reserve the right to discontinue service if attendance is not consistently upheld. This policy ensures fair treatment for all clients and helps us maintain the quality and availability of our services.
